At Kanrav Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"), we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. This policy outlines the terms for order cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.

Refunds

We offer refunds if the item you received is damaged, defective, significantly different from its description, or if you received the wrong item. Contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number to initiate a request.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
